Prayer Through Scripture

People have found that praying through a verse of scripture has been helpful for them.
Here is a slight variation on this.

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:13

Repeat the verse calmly and slowly once or twice - then - emphasise one word at a time:

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
   "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
      "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
         "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
            "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
               "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
                  "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
                     "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
                        "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
                           "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

and then praise the Lord who does give you the strength ... to do all things.
