Aims:

• develop policies to ensure optimum use of human and financial resources

Objectives:

• develop and maintain the Church's policy for Pastoral Care
• integrate the role of the Associate Minister
• develop the Ministry to the children and youth in Balerno
• develop the role of the Church Secretary
• encourage members to be more actively involved in the life of the Church
• develop and oversee the Church strategy on publicity
