The final Balerno 2005 Report was presented to Session at
its meeting on 13th November. The Report itself will not
be subject to editing or revision, but it was agreed that the
Executive Summary - which was distributed to each household
within the Congregation during the pre-November Communion
Elder's visits - will be comentary as various components of the
full Report are accepted or modified, or when new developments
take place.
The full Report is attached below. It contains much more
information than was in the Executive Summary and also explains
more of the thinking behind the various Recommendation in the
Report. The Project Group hopes that it will be widely
read.
